TENNIS

The Wigwam Resort offers our guests and tennis club member’s access to nine tennis courts, including a stadium court. Our illuminated tennis facility makes it easy to fully enjoy the cool evenings. Arizona’s climate pairs perfectly with tennis, making for ideal conditions. This popular outdoor activity is one of our guests’ favorites.

FITNESS

Being away from home doesn’t mean you have to miss your daily workouts. Instead, The Wigwam Fitness Center offers you a great opportunity to try something new…and fun. Available to guests and local members, our Fitness Center offers an excellent variety of group classes as well as premier cardio and Nautilus equipment. The Fitness Center is always staffed, and certified fitness professionals are available by appointment to provide private training sessions. Adjacent to the exercise room, the Motion Studio holds several group fitness classes daily, such as Yoga, Power Walk, Body Recall Cardio and Hydro-Fit Water Aerobics. Private Yoga, Water Relaxation Ritual and Fitness Boot Camps are also available.

Fitness Center Hours: Open Daily 5am-11pm
Tennis Pro Shop Hours: Monday – Friday 7am-9pm & Saturday – Sunday 8am-4pm

Guests must be 18 years of age to utilize the fitness center. Guests ages 16 and 17 must have a signed waiver from an adult to utilize the fitness center. No one under 16 years of age will be allowed in. Walking maps are available.

FITNESS CLASSES

CONTEMPORARY PILATES
Pilates with an avant-garde twist! Keep on your toes while strengthening and toning both the upper & lower body in harmony. Highly recommended for golf & tennis players.

GENTLE STRIDES
Low impact strength and flexibility training for our young-hearted individuals. Great for preventing common injuries from everyday activities. Highly recommended for seniors.

HYDRO FIT
Embrace the aqua challenge and sculpt your body with liquid resistance! A water workout improving strength & cardiovascular endurance without straining the joints.

POWER FLOW
A fluid, powerful style of Vinyasa level 2 Yoga that links conscious breath with exuberant flow. Builds strength, flexibility and focus while rejuvenating the body and mind.

SLOW FLOW
Slower, alignment-based Yoga with deep stretches to start the day feeling relaxed & centered. Great for brushing up on Yoga foundations or for those working through an injury.

TABATA CARDIO
Become stronger and leaner with this high intensity interval training methodology that delivers results for people of all fitness levels.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
Train ALL the major muscles groups for better strength, cardio, and agility in this awesome total body workout.

YOGALATES
A classic infusion of Yoga and Pilates providing the ultimate full body strength, stretch and posture routine.
