The large Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park is the original GoodYear Tire & Rubber Company lavish executive retreat. During the 1920s, GoodYear hosted their important travelers and business associates at the GoodYear manicured park-like setting that was carved into a desirable section of their rubber-strengthening Arizona cotton fields. The City of Litchfield Park is named for the GoodYear executive who purchased the land.
